　生検によりサルコイドーシスの確定診断がついた例で，birdshot retinochoroidopathyの所見を呈した4例を対象とし，4例中に，サルコイドーシスに特有な眼所見を伴わない群（A群），伴うものの群（B群）の両者がみられたことから，サルコイドーシスは，birdshot retinochor-oidopathyの原因の一つであることを確認した．

　今回，A・B群の1例に後極部眼底が赤味をおびてみられる所見がみられ，この成因は不明であるが，今後，後極部の夕焼様眼底所見をみた場合，原田病や交感性眼炎の他にサルコイドーシスを疑うことが意義あることと考える．

We observed 4 cases presenting with birdshot retinochoroidopathy. All the cases were diagnosed as sarcoidosis on lymphnode biopsy findings. Two cases showed, additionally, characteristic ocular manifestations of ocular sarcoidosis.

The findings show that ocular sarcoidosis is one of the underlying causative factors of birdshotretinochoroidopathy.

We observed, in 2 cases in the present series, reddish appearance of the posterior fundus due apparently to diffuse depigmentation. This fun-duscopic feature may be a new ocular sign of sarcoidosis.
