Abstract 文献概要

　小児を対象として眼底写真撮影を正確に行うため，抑制帯や吸入麻酔を用い仰臥位とした上で，検眼ユニットの支柱を利用して懸垂した眼底カメラを用い，眼底を撮影する方法を工夫し報告したが，今回，さらにこれを無影灯の支持装置を用いて天井懸垂型の眼底撮影装置に改良して，カメラを任意の高さで止めることができ広い可動性を得て，より容易に眼底を撮影することが可能となった．

We earlier designed a suspension system for the fundus camera for fundus photography and fluores-cein angiography intended for children under gen-eral anesthesia. While this system significantly contributed to exact, safe and easy examinations, difficulties were encounterd in adjusting the focus because the camera was mounted on a vertical post sitting on the floor.

We recently improved the suspension system by mounting the fundus camera on the surgical illumi-nator which hangs from the ceiling. This new deviceresulted in greater mobility and in better focusing of the fundus camera.
