Abstract 文献概要

　GAMM-INAMI type vitreous fluorophotometerに下記の改良を加えた。①X—Y recorderを組み込み眼内位置と螢光強度の関係を記録した。②photomultiplierを冷却し，S／N比の向上をはかった。③励起光源の負荷電圧を定電圧電源にてコントロールし，測定中変動のないことをモニターした。④細隙灯顕微鏡の左右への動きを機械的にロックした。特に②によって，螢光検出力が向上し（検量限界2.5×10⁻¹⁰g／ml）その実用性が高まった。

　Slit bcam幅600μ，　probe size 450μ，測定角21°，　photomultiplier印加電圧を，10⁻⁶g／mlフルオレスチングラスが5.0ナノアンペアとなるよう定めた条件下での，検量線の作成方法とその結果を示した。

An attempt was made to improve the Gamma-Inami fluorophotometer by introducing the fol-lowing features. 1. An X-Y recorder was attached to record the relationship between the eye position and the intensity of fluorescence. 2. A cooling device was incorporated into the photomultiplier (Hamamatu R 928) in order to improving the signal/noise ratio. 3. A steady-state voltage control system was built into the power source of 50 W halogen exciting lamp, with an additional monitor for the voltage level during the actual measurement.
