Abstract 文献概要

（1）カニクイザル16頭に線維柱帯切除術を施行した。1眼にピアルロン酸ナトリウム，他眼に生理的食塩水を用いた。手術中および術後の合併症には，特に差は認められなかったが，ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム使用眼では術後の前房が深く形成された。

（2）術後の眼圧経過では，術後2〜8週ではヒアルロン酸群が生食群に比し，やや低い傾向を示したが，13週以後では有意差がなくなった。

（3）手術を行った全例において，角膜混濁・虹彩炎・白内障などの異常な所見は認められなかった。

Trabeculectomy was performed on both eyes of 16 cynomolgus monkeys. During surgery, 0.1 ml of sodium hyaluronate solution was injected into the anterior chamber and 0.3 ml of the same solution into the Tenon's capsule. The fellow eye was treated in a similar way with physiological saline.

While there was little difference in the course or complication of surgery between each pair of eyes, the anterior chamber treated with sodium hyalu-ronate was deeper than the saline-treated fellow eye at the end of surgery. The intraocular pressure level during the immediate 4 postsurgical days was var-iable with no definite tendencies.
