A．T．P．が効を奏せる開散麻痺2例とその統計的観察

Two cases of divergence paralysis were treated by A.T.P. and its statistical observation

I．緒言

　1929年Fiske及びLohmannによつて，筋肉組織浸出物中に於て発見されたA．T．P．（Ad—enosine triphosphate）は，筋性，神経性及び脊髄性筋疾患，脳神経疾患，循環器系疾患等に有効なる事が認められ，内科方面では，進行性筋萎縮変性疾患，脳卒中後遺症，脳動脈硬化症等に広く使用されるに至つた。

　一方，眼科方面に於ても，種々の疾患に用いられて，眼筋麻痺（岸田・昭34^1），中尾・谷口，昭34^2），桑原・野中，昭35^3）），眼精疲労（正田・堀・宮田，昭34^4），宮本，昭35^5），久保木・川島・一戸・今田，昭35^6）），重症筋無力症（武本・松田昭34^7）），中心性網膜炎，腎炎性網膜炎等の網膜疾患（山根，昭34^8））等に有効な事が認められた。

Divergence paralysis is disease of unknown origin.

Evidence for the existence of a center for ocular divergence is much less convincing. Two cases of divergence paralysis, of which a man of 51 and another a man of 31 years of age, were treated by A. T. P. It was noticed, that A. T. P. is an available drug for the treatment of divergence paralysis.

The results of the statistical observation of divergence paralysis, of 19 patients which had been described in the literatures of our country, as follows ;

1) Sex : There are 17 cases of males and 2 cases of females.
