I.緒言
A test for reaction to penicillin allergy was carried out by intracutaneous injection of 5,000 u/cc before the operation. If it was negative for one hour, in almost all cases it was negative forever. There were, however, two cases of delayed reaction to the penicillin allergy ; one after 14 hours and the other 24 hours.
Judgying from these results a conclusicn of penicillin allergy must be not only considered for early reaction but also the delayed one.
