I．序

　視神経乳頭周辺に特有な円盤状の赤色隆起斑をみとめ，組織学的に網膜のCystoide Degene-rationと，細小血管腫をみとめたものを記載したい。

A large raised reddish fleck and fine capillary-like strings were observed just below the papilla in a 40 years old female who complained of visual disturbance, of the left eye. Histological examinations revealed the following findings. Cysts were formed in the inner and outer glanular layers of the retina, which communicated each other and surrounded the tumor. The solitary tumor was a conglomerate capillaries at the base of the cystic cavities.
