色覚異常学童に於ける各種色覚検査法（Anomaloscope，石原氏表，大熊氏表，東京医大式，H-R-R表及びLantern test）による成績の比較検討

I．緒言

　色覚及び色覚異常に関する研究は，撓まなく続けられているが，最近学校保健法の改正等により，学童の色覚に就いても精密な検査が必要となり，我々もこの方面の研究に関心を深めねばならない。

　学童の色覚異常の有無，種類及びその程度を正しく判定することは，異常学童の正しい育成という教育上，職業指導上極めて重要なことであると思われる。小学校入学前の幼児に対しては，如何なる方法によつても正確な結果を得ることは困難で，幼児用色盲表等で異常者と異常の疑をもつ必要のあるものを発見する程度しか期待出来ないが，小学校入学後は，既に著者等が報告した如く，少くとも1学期間の教育を受けた学童に対しては，かなり詳細に正確な結果を得ることが期待出来る。

Color vision examinations with Ishihara Plates, Okuma's Plates, T. C. M. Plates (Tokyo Medical College), H-R-R Plates, and a lantern were given on 94 congenital color vision de-fective children ranging from the 1st grade to the 6th grade in the grammar schools. All the cases were, at the same time, diagnosed by anomaloscopic examination into 6 pro-tanopias (P), 10 protanomalias (Pa), 30 deuteranopias (D) and 48 deuteranomalias (Da). The relationship among the results of these tests were discussed.
