角膜ヘルペスの研究—第1報 生体染色／角膜ヘルペスの研究—第2報 実験的角膜ヘルペスの治療に就いて

緒言

　Lowensteinが1919に，単純疱疹や樹枝状角膜炎より家兎角膜に接種，角膜ヘルペスを発病させた論文を報告しているが，それに依ると，Gruterは1912〜1913に同様な実験を行つている。更に又Gruterは，1920に実験的家兎角膜ヘルペスより，人間の失明眼に接種，発病に成功した事を報告している。以来，角膜ヘルペスは，ヘルペス，ウイルスに依つて起る事が実験的に証明された。然し，本邦に於ける角膜ヘルペスの実験的報告は，2，3の症例に接するのみである。匐行性角膜潰瘍，角膜実質炎等は抗生物質，副腎皮質ホルモンの出現以前は，失明眼の重要位置を占め，角膜ヘルペスは等閑視される傾向であつたが，此れ等の薬剤の出現に依り，角膜細菌性化膿性疾患，角膜実質炎等は比較的治療が容易になつた。所が，角膜ヘルペスは角膜の炎症性疾患の中では重要部位を占め，特に最近，抗生物質，副腎皮質ホルモンを乱用するにつれて，角膜ヘルペスの症例が増えて来た様であり，又重症例になる傾向がある。即ち，角膜ヘルペスは，緑内障に次いで最も重要の疾患の一つに数えられて来た。そして欧米乃至我国にても，角膜ヘルペスにより失明に至つた症例はかなり多い。

　角膜ヘルペスは，臨床上，表在性の潰瘍を作り，一見治療は容易である様に見える。又特に血管の新生を伴わない事が多い。

I tried to examine with venous injection of the trypan blue the permeability of the capillary loops at corneo-sclerotic junction on the experimental herpetic keratitis and the experimental bacterial keratitis (Staphylococcus, Bac. pyocyaneus, Bac. Coli.) in the rabbit.

In the experimental herpetic keratitis, the cornea could not be stained with the trypan blue, but in the experimental bacterial keratitis, it could be stained. Because the perme-ability of the capillary loops at corneosclerotic junction of the former was not more elevated than of the latter.
