緒言

　肝レンズ核変性症はHall （1921）が，Wilson（1912）の報告した進行性レンズ核変性（Wilson病）とWestphal等（1883）の報告した仮性硬化とを包括して名付けたもので，特殊な肝硬変と，レンズ核変性をもつ疾患である。眼科的には角膜色素輪（Kayser-Fleischer輪），前嚢白内障及び脈絡膜硝子膜の色素沈着がみられている。この中角膜色素輪は本疾患に屡々みられ，診断上の重要な所見となつている。著者は定型的な角膜色素輪と前嚢白内障を有する肝レンズ核変性症の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。

This is a case of hepatolenticular degeneration which showed a typical Kayser-Fleischer pigment ring with sunflower cataract.

Biochemical examinations were done on the urin, aqueous humor and blood-serum.

The cupper content of serum was considerably lower than normal control. In the urin and aqueous on the contrary, the cupper content was greater than in control, several amino-acids were found in the urin also. It is a new information that the cupper content in the aqueous is high in this condition.
