緒論
私はトラコーマ結膜嚢内共棲菌に就いて，種々検索を行つているものであるが，第1報及び第2報に於て其の菌種，其の発現頻度，一眼よりの証明菌種並びに其の嫌気性発育に就ての実験結果に就て健康眼並びにトラコーマ疑似症眼との比較を行い報告した次第である。今回は其の結果最も発現頻度が高く，且つトラコーマ症状に対する影響も大きいと想像される萄葡状球菌に就て，其のサルフア剤，及び数種の抗生物質に対する感受性に就て実験を行い検討したので其の結果を報告する。
The antibiotic sencitivity of staphylococcus isolated from trachomatous and normal conjunc-tiva was examined. Six antibiotics i, e, penicillin, streptmycin, erythromycin, tetracyclin, chloramphenicol and sulfisomidin were used for the experiments.
1) The sencitivity of staphylococci from trachomatous eyes was found to be less sencitive than that of from non-trachomatous eyes.
2) Double or triple resistance for antibiotics was found more frequently in staphylococci from trachomatous conjunctiva than that from the other.
3) No difference was found between the sencitivity of staphylococcus albus and that of aureus.
