I．緒言

　先きに，私は，各種花粉抽出液に依る海猽の結膜局所過敏症実験を，種々追求し報告して来た^1）。今回は，其の過敏症実験の再検討として，花粉抽出液のSchultz-Dale氏法に依るアナフイラキシー性腸管収縮並に脱感作現象に関する実験を行つた。又先きに発表せる春季カタル患者尿中ポルフイリン（以下「ポ」と略す）実験に於て「ポ」の重要性を報告したが，その再検討として，動物実験を実施し，少しく知見を得たので茲に報告する次第である。

1. The experiment on Schultz-Dales anaphyraxy enterocontraction and desensitizatation were performed and following results were obtained.

(A) The extracted solution from pollen of pinus densiflora causee the contraction when diluted by 100 times but the solution diluted by 200 times gave no contraction.

(B) Three guinea Pigs of sensitize group all showed anaphyraxy enterocontraction while nonsensitive group showed no change.

(C) The results of this report affirm the conclusion in the previous report that the local anaphyraxy is an antigen-antibody reaction caused by the extractions from various pollen.
