網膜に於ける一過性苔癬及び結核性靜脈動脈外層炎の興味ある症例

An interesting case on the transient retinal lichen and periphleboarteritis tuberculosa retinae.

緒言

　既にAxenfeld氏が結核性網膜静脈周囲炎並びに，之に伴う網膜白斑に対する病理組織的検索の結果，之等は1種の結核疹による腺病性苔癬であると述べて以来，結核性脈管外層炎に関しては内外幾多の報告がなされている。一方戦後急速に発達した結核化学療法を眼結核に応用した報告を通覧するに，有効ではあつたが劇的な効果は期待し得なかつた，と云う成績が多い。而るに私は最近ストレプトマイシン・パス併用療法により著明に軽快治癒した結核性静脈及び動脈外層炎の興味ある症例を経験したので茲にその大要を報告する。

In the 22 yr. old male pt., the multiple small whitish lentiform patch were occuredin the right retina extending from the disk to the medial portion, simultaneously, the white ring-shaped sheath were recognized sourrounding the arterial and venous walls of upper half of the retina. All over the retina small reticulate turbid patch were found.

Subjectively, the myodesopsia, fogging and several small scotomas in the right eyes were co-mplained.

This case was presumed to be tuberculous disease and Streptomysin were administered corn-binding with P. A. S. disappearing the subjective signs and improving the findings of eye-ground.
