緒言

　Retinophotに多層膜干渉filterを用いてXenon Lampの効率を改善した結果，若干の知見を得たので使用経験と併せて報告する。

Two multilayered interference filter was inco-rporated into the fundus camera (RETINOPH-OT/Carl Zeiss Jena) as both exciter and barrier instead of the hitherto current combination of gelatin filters (Schott BG 12 and Kodak wra-tten # 12.) This new incorporation resulted in more intense fluorescence, remarkable reduction in pseudofluoresce- nce and better recording of the gradation of intensity of fundus fluorescence.
