I．まえがき

　黄斑部に限局した各種網膜脈絡膜疾患を，統一的な見地から分類整理しようとする試みが，Maumenee^1），Gass^2）らにより行なわれている。このとき，螢光眼底所見が，これら黄斑部疾患の病態の理解にきわめて貴重な情報を提供することが明らかにされている。また，本邦においても，螢光眼底所見の最初の報告は，藤原^3）の中心性網膜炎に関するものであり，以来，黄斑部疾患の螢光眼底所見に関する報告が，数氏により行なわれており^4）〜8），いずれも黄斑部疾患の病態の理解に，螢光眼底所見がきわめて重要なものであることを認めている。

　われわれは最近，本邦ではきわめてまれとされている典型的な卵黄様黄斑変性症に遭遇したので，今回は，この症例および4人の同胞に出現した家族性黄斑変性症についての螢光眼底撮影，立体眼底撮影の結果を中心として報告する。

A report is presented on the fluorescence and stereoscopic fundus photograms of a case of vi-telliform macular dystrophy (Best) and on a pair of siblings with juvenile heredomacular dystrophy of Stargardt.

Findings of the Best's disease supported the Braley's view that the basic lesion in the vitel-liform dystrophy lay in a cyst-like alteration in the pigment epithelium.

The cases of Stargardt's dystrophy could be followed up for two years. The fluorescence fundus pictures suggested that the disturbances of the retinal pigment epithelium and/or Bruch's membrane played a role in the development of the lesion.
