Stereoscopic Vision

I．単眼立体視

1）眼の主観的位置

　一眼で前方を見ながら，其眼の位置を考えて見る。先ず，視野の中心は直前方にあり，此所にある視物と眼とを結ぶ注視線は正中面にある様感じる。但し，眼瞼を意識して，之を眼の位置と過つてはいけない。此際の注視線は，解剖的な眼でなく，主観的或は心理的な眼を起点にしているので，注視を其ままにして，顔を上下左右に向けても，注視線は動かないで，依然，視物と眼とを結ぶ線として感じる。両眼交互に或は同時に見ると，其状がよく判る。尚先年報告した，閉じた眼を指す実験で此事は直接証明出来る。而して主観的眼の位置は各眼共機能的頭首関節にあるから視物の見え方は，右眼で見ても左眼でも，全く同一である。

The perception of visual direction can be sufficiently made by monocular vision, but the direct perception of visual distance is not possible.
