- Abstract 文献概要
我国に於ては嘗て小島克氏が白内障の年齢的分布に就いて報告しているが，この報告では白内障の種類，内容に就いて詳しい分類を行ておらない。私共は高血圧症，動脈硬化症のため内科診察をうけ，眼底検査を依頼して来た患者に就いて初発白内障の発生状況を調査したので報告する。
A total of 172 cases over 35 years old were examined of their cataract types, and senile type cataract was recognized on some patie-nts as young as 40 years and the rate of its appearance among the patients over 60 years old was more than 70%. water cleft type cataract showed a tendency to increase from the age 50 years old and lamellar cleavage type from the age 60 years old. Further, the appearance of nuclear and cupuliform cataract is predominant among aged patients
