要約　目的：調節麻痺薬点眼後の水晶体と前房深度の変化の報告。対象と方法：正常者5名9眼を対象とした。年齢は23～34歳（平均28歳）である。塩酸シクロペントラートまたは塩酸フェニレフリン・トロピカミド合剤を点眼し，前者では点眼45分後，後者では30分後に調節負荷を行い，これによる前房深度と水晶体厚の変化を測定した。測定には光干渉式前眼部測定装置であるAC Master^®を用いた。結果：調節負荷直前の平均前房深度と水晶体厚には両群で差がなかった。調節負荷により水晶体厚と水晶体前面の位置が変化したが，変化量はトロピカミドでより大きかった。結論：調節麻痺薬の効果の違いを，調節負荷時の水晶体厚と水晶体前面の位置の変化として定量化できる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report changes in anterior chamber depth and position of crystalline lens after intillation of mydriatic-cycloplegics. Cases and Method：This study was made on 9 eyes of 5 healthy persons. Their age ranged from 23 to 34 years, average 28 years. Anterior chamber depth and lens position were measured during accommodation 45 minutes after instillation of cyclopentolate hydrochloride or 30 minutes after tropicamide. AC Master^®was used in the measurement. Results：There was no difference in anterior chamber depth or lens position after instillation of either cycloplegics. Accommodation-induced changes in anterior chamber depth or lens position were greater in eyes receiving tropicamide. Conclusion：Differences in the effect of cycloplegics can be measured with accommodation-induced changes in anterior chamber depth and lens position as parameters.
