　症例は49歳の女性で，他院で右アキレス腱炎の診断で4回のステロイド局注を施行された．その後，歩行時に疼痛が増悪したため当院を受診した．アキレス腱付着部の陥凹，MRIで骨化を伴う付着部断裂が認められた．脛骨粗面骨付き膝蓋腱を採取し，スクリューを用いてアキレス腱付着部の再建術を施行した．術後1年において可動域制限，疼痛，日常生活動作の障害は認めていない．

　Rupture at the Achilles tendon attachment is unusual. A 49-year old woman had received local steroid injection four times for the treatment of calcaneal paratendonitis at the other clinic. One month later after the last injection, she felt pain during gait and visited to our hospital. MRI showed rupture at the Achilles tendon attachment with ossifications. Achilles tendon reconstructive surgery with bone-patellar tendon was performed. One year after surgery, there were no limitation of range of motion, pain and deterioration of ADL.
