I．はじめに

　脳の血管芽腫はLindauの詳細な研究以来その報告例も多く，また種々の特徴ある所見から諸家の興味をひいている。著者らは小脳血管芽腫に多発性脳動脈瘤を併い，しかも前回の脳血管撮影で動脈瘤が見られず23カ月後の血管撮影で動脈瘤が発見されたという，同一症例で2つの興味ある所見を得たので文献的考察を加え報告する。

We have reported a case of cerebellar heman-gioblastoma in a 50 year-old Japanese female in which bilateral kidney and ovarian cysts, adrenal adnomatus hyperplasia, and erythrocytosis were observed. Futhermore, an aneurysm not initially observed was detected by cerebral angiography done 23 months after tumor extirpation. We have evaluated the relationship between cerebellar he-mangioblastoma and concurrent multiple aneurysms with reference to reported cases.
