Abstract 文献概要

　脈絡叢乳嘴腫は稀な脳腫瘍である。就中その悪性化したものは極めて少い。我々は殆んど右側大脳半球全体を侵す巨大な悪性脈絡叢乳嘴腫の1例に対して，間脳を含む大脳半球切除術を施行し，良好な経過を見たので報告する。

A case of large malignant papilloma of the choroid plexus situated in the whole right hemisphere was reported for its rarity of ope-rated case.

The patient was a 5-year-old girl who was operated by the method or hemispherectomy including the thalamus.

Her 3 months postoperative course had been satisfactory.

Pathological findings were presented.

Autors discussed on the application of he-mispherectomy and proposed for a large re-section of the hemisphere and the thalamus for the case of malignant brain tumor.
