　2013年，厚生労働省は「災害派遣精神医療チーム(DPAT)活動要領」を定め，都道府県等にDPATの体制整備と研修実施を求めた。しかし，活動要領には都道府県等が行う体制整備の詳細や具体的な研修カリキュラムが示されていない。関係者間であっても，DPATへの認識にはばらつきがあると考えられた。

　本研究では，Delphi法を用いてDPATのコンピテンシーについて合意形成を行うことを目的とし，全国の精神保健の専門家を対象に回答を求めた。全79項目のうち59項目が合意基準に達し，20項目が達しなかった。これは現時点における結果であり，今後も関係者間において継続した議論を行い，DPATの機能や目的の共通理解を進めることが求められる。

　In 2013, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare published ‘The Disaster Psychiatric Assistance team(DPAT)activity guidelines ‘, and requested each prefecture to establish a system and training for the DPAT. However, the activity guidelines do not indicate the details on system development or a concrete training curriculum to be reffered to prefecture. Even among experts, it seemed that there was variation in the understanding of the DPAT.

　In this study, we aimed to form a consensus on DPAT competencies employing Delphi survey. We asked participations for mental health experts nationwide. Among the 79 survey items, 59 items met the consensus standards set by the study team, and 20 items did not.

　The results should be treated as tentative ones, it is essential that those works for the DPAT continue discussions and further the shared understanding of the functions and purposes of the DPAT.
