Abstract 文献概要

　先天性肺静脈狭窄症は極めて稀な先天性心疾患で，Edwards^1）によるとその発生頻度は先天性心疾患中の0.4％，Shermanら^2）によると0.6％とされている。

　本症は，1951年Reye^3）の報告以来，内外の文献上現在まで38例の報告が入られるが^{1〜6,8〜27）}，今回，我々は1歳1ヵ月の女児において，心房中隔欠損症を伴った先天性肺静脈狭窄症を，心臓カテーテル法及び選択的肺静脈造影により術前診断を行うことができたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A one year and one month infant was diagnosed as congenital pulmonary vein stenosis and atrial septal defect by cardiac catheterization and selective pulmonary venography. We closed a atrial septal defect, but surgical intervention was not employed for congenital pulmonary vein stenosis because it was not a significant stenosis and a frequent reste-nosis was reported on the occasion of infant. Post-operative cardiac catheterization revealed a residual pulmonary hypertension. We intend to do her reg-ular health check at outpatient clinic.
