Coronary sinus ASDの1手術治験例

A surgical case of coronary sinus ASD

　心房中隔欠損症は先天性心疾患の中では一般的な疾患で，centraltype・sinus venosus type・without lowermargineなどが大部分であるが，今回，きわめてまれなcoronary sinus ASDを術中確認し，パッチ閉鎖術により治療せしめたので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A fourty-seven years old man was successfully operated on for a coronary sinus ASD.

Our pre-operative diagnosis was atrial septaldefect.

However, at the time of operation, exploration of the right atrium disclosed no abnormality except a large coronary sinus ostium.

The communication of coronary sinus with the left atrium was recognized by atrial septotomy. This septal defect was closed with Xenome-dica^R leaving the coronary sinus flow draining into the right atrium.

This case was 8 th successful operative case for a coronary sinus ASD in the literature in Japan.
