　大動脈炎症候群は，東洋人とくに日本人若年女性に多くみられ，血管病変の分布および程度により種々の臨床症状を示す疾患である。しかし，大動脈炎症候群で冠動脈病変が生前に明らかにされた例は少なく，また完全房室ブロック合併例についての報告も少ない。著者らは，房室ブロックおよび冠動脈入口部狭窄を合併した本症候群の1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of aortitis syndrome associated with com-plete atrioventricular block and stenosis of the left main coronary ostium is reported here. The patient was a 48-year-old female with a chief complaint of dyspnea on effort. Angiography of aorta revealed extensively distributed aortitis. Few inflammatry findings were seen and indicated being in the chronic phase. The coronary arteriography demon-strated narrowing of 99% of the left coronary arterial ostium and supply of collateral blood flow from the right coronary artery. Electrocardiograms showed complete A-V block, left atrial overload-ing and left ventricular hypertrophy.
