"虚血性"ST・T変化を示した自律神経失調症の1例

A case of autonomic dystonia with ST-T abnormalities of ischemic pattern

　虚血によらない一過性ST・T変化として，cathechol—amine，交感神経刺激などにより出現するものがあり，vasoregulatory asthenia,vasoregulatory abnormalitiesでみられる心電図変化の機序として，これを考える観察がある。

　最近，われわれも，いわゆる"虚血性"ST・T変化を示した自律神経失調症の症例を経験したので，諸種負荷心電図における変化についての観察をもとに検討した成績を報告する。

Autonomic dystonia with electrocardiographic ST T abnormalities of ischemic pattern was observed in a case of 29 year-old man.

He complained of the attacks of dizziness, chest discomfort and palpitation at rest and/or during exercise. During the attack, the electrocardiograms showed ST depression with or without T wave inversion. Nitrate neither relieved his complaints nor improved the electrocardiographic changes. Treadmill exercise test was positive. ST depression was induced by isoproterenol and even by amyl nitrate, which was prevented by propranolol. Mecholyl provoked not only ST depression but also his complaints.
