Abstract 文献概要

　Alveolar function in chronic pulmonary　emphysema has already been discussed by　many authors from various point of view．　The sampling method for the analysis of　expired air and of arterial blood has mostly　been employed for the purpose．　Now a new　system of screening test to detect the　involvement of alveolar functions with　special reference to the intrapulmonary dist—ribution of inspired gas has been establi—shed．　Using nitrogen meter and earpiece　oximeter continuous analysis of expired air　and of arterial blood is achieved to discuss　the relationship between both gas and blood　phases．
