要旨●小腸出血の原因疾患は，病理学総論的に腫瘍性と非腫瘍性に大別される．これらの鑑別診断には，病理形態学的所見のほか，さまざまな臨床情報が必要である．したがって，臨床医と病理医は緊密な連携と十分な意見交換が不可欠である．

　The causes of small-intestinal bleeding can be categorized into neoplastic and non-neoplastic on the basis of their general pathology. Not only pathological findings but also various clinical information, such as physical findings, drug history, endoscopic appearance, and lesion location, is essential for accurate diagnosis. Therefore, close cooperation and communication between the clinician and pathologist are essential to enhance the accuracy and quality of the differential diagnosis.
