肛門管の写真撮影装置の考案

A New Photographing Device for the Anoscope

要旨　肛門鏡の写真撮影装置を考案した．光学視管，カメラは関節鏡に用いられたものをそのまま利用した．撮影装置はワンタッチで肛門鏡に接続可能で，片手操作で簡単に鮮鋭な写真撮影が可能であった．しかし，撮影された写真が小さいなどの欠点があった．今後，光学視管の径を大きくするなどの改良を加えれば，より一層良好な写真撮影ができよう。また，肛門病変の写真は多人数による病変の客観的検討やfollow-up studyに有用で，直腸肛門病学の進歩に貢献すると思われる．

　A new photographing apparatus for an anoscope has been devised. It employs the same type of camera and telescope as are used in an arthroscope, and it is easily attached to an anoscope. Using the new apparatus, photographing was able to be carried out one-handed.

　One disadvantage was the smallness of the photos taken. However, thus defect could be remedied by the use of a larger caliber telescope.

　Photographs of anal lesions are useful for follow-up discussion panels, so this newly devised apparatus could be of great benefit to proctology.
