要旨　反復する貧血を主訴としたまれな小腸海綿状血管腫の1例を経験したので報告した．患者は22歳の女性で，腹部単純写真で小骨盤腔に多数の小石灰化像を認めた．小腸X線検査を行うと，小骨盤腔内の中部小腸に限局性の病変を認めた．充満像，圧迫像では小顆粒～結節状隆起による辺縁不整像，粘膜像が描出され，二重造影像では辺縁不整像が丸味を帯び，伸展性はよく保たれていることが示された．手術により海綿状血管腫と診断され，内腔に静脈石を伴っていた．血管造影，CTでもこの病変の状態がよく示現されており，小腸海綿状血管腫の典型例と考えられた．

　A twenty two year-old woman was referred to our center with complaints of recurrent anemia. On conventional abdominal roentgenogram multiple small positive shadows were pointed out in the small pelvic cavity. The roentgenography of the small bowel revealed a segmental lesion that had irregular margin consisting of small granular and nodular filling defects in the middle small intestine. On double contrast study it extended well and the small protrusions became lower and showed smoother margin, which suggested submucosal component. The diagnosis of diffuse infiltrating cavernous hemangioma was made histologically.
