　多発胃癌のうち，病変が離れた部位に存在する症例は必ずしも多いものではない．今回われわれは胃集検により胃角の開大を指摘され，体上部と前庭部に離れて存在した多発早期胃癌を経験したので報告する．

　The patient is a 69-year-old woman with a complaint of pain in the left upper abdominal region. Deformity was found in the gastric angle by a mass x-ray survey. Two depressed lesions, the one on the anterior wall of the upper body and the other on the posterior wall of the antrum, were both diagnosed as cancer by x-ray examination and gastrofiberscopic examinations.

　In the resected stomach, there were two Ⅱc type early cancers. Histopathologically the one measuring 9×7 mm on the anterior wall of the upper body (upper third region) showed tubular adenocarcinoma with invasion of the submucosa, and the other measuring 12×9 mm on the posterior wall of the antrum (lower third region) showed tubular adenocarcinoma limited within the mucosa.
