　A 54 year-old man was admitted to our hospital on August 19, 1983 for detailed examination of a polypoid lesion pointed out by gastric mass survey, although he had no abdominal complaints. Family history was not contributory. Physical examination was normal. Stool was positive for occult blood. Urinalysis, blood count, and blood chemistry were within normal limits.

　Double contrast radiograph showed the spherical semipedunculated lesion with uneven contour on the posterior wall of the middle gastric body (Fig. 6). Compression radiograph revealed the nodular surface of the lesion with tiny barium flecks. This lesion was movable by the change of posture and compression (Fig. 7).
