要旨　内視鏡検査で発見された平坦・陥凹型大腸上皮性腫瘍13例15病変（表面陥凹型9病変，表面平坦型6病変）に切除前にX線検査を施行し，X線描出能およびX線像を検討した．X線描出は15病変中9病変（60％）で可能であった．内視鏡的に周辺隆起を伴うものがX線描出は良好で，病変の大きさによる描出率の差はなかった．更に腫瘍の粘膜内深達度で全層型の病変はX線描出が良好であった．X線像の特徴は周囲に透亮像を伴う不整形バリウム斑であった．

　We studied the radiological features of non-elevated flat or depressed epithelial tumor of the large intestine initially found by colonoscopy in 15 lesions. They ineluded 6 non-elevated flat lesions and 9 depressed lesions. Nine lesions (60%) were detectable on a detailed radiographic examination. Radiological detectability was higher among the lesions with marginal elevation on endoscopy. The size of the tumor did not affect the radiological detectability. The radiological detectability was also higher among the lesions with invasion involving entire thickness of the mucosa. The radiological finding characteristic of these lesions was an irregular shaped barium fleck with surrounding radiolucency.
