要旨　深達度fmの早期胆管癌の1切除例を報告した．患者は74歳，女性．黄疸を主訴に来院した．USでは胆管拡張を，直接造影で腫瘍像と狭窄部の確認ができた．CTで胆管壁が十分造影でき，淡い腫瘍濃染像から比較的早期の胆管癌であることが示唆された．PTCCSでは粘膜内の表層進展も診断が可能であった．また，切除標本の検索で超音波内視鏡の有用性がわかった．

　We report a surgically resected case with early bile duct carcinoma with fm invasion. A 74-year-old woman visited our hospital with a chief complaint of jaundice. Ultrasonographic examination revealed bile duct dilatation, and PTCD demonstrated a tumor and a stenotic area in the bile duct. Enhanced computed tomography showed well visualized bile duct wall and a pale tumor stain. These results were consistent with relatively early bile duct carcinoma. PTCCS could evaluate the extent of intramucosal superficial invasion. Evaluation of the resected specimen confirmed usefulness of endoscopic ultrasonographic examination.
