要旨 近年，大腸sm癌の内視鏡治療の適応が注目され，各施設でその適応の拡大が行われ始めている．今回当施設での大腸sm癌に対する内視鏡治療後の再発様式および再発時期について検討した．その結果は，危惧されていたリンパ節転移からの再発は認めず，原病死は360例中4例（1％）であり死因としては局所再発が主体であった（3/4例）．これに対しては，経過観察時の内視鏡治療後の瘢痕の観察を容易にするため同部位のマーキング等の対策や超音波内視鏡検査の併用が今後必要と考えられた．
Recently, many cases of colon sm invasive carcinoma are treated solely by endoscopic therapy. However, the long prognosis of this policy is still unclear. This study aims of researching the long prognosis of treating cases of colo-rectal sm invasive carcinoma, using endoscopic therapy only.
The result of our study show no cases of abd. L/N metastasis. The course-specific survival rate (10 yrs) is 82.3 ％ (4/103 cases). The cause of death is mainly local recurrence (3/4 case). The study thus shows also that endoscopic marking of the resected location and EUS are very important for follow-up examination.
