・特徴的な臨床像を呈するerosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp（EPDS）の1例を経験した．
・帯状疱疹を契機に発症したが，その範囲は過去の開頭術の範囲に一致していた．
・EPDSは遭遇率が低いため初診時に見落とされている可能性がある．
