A 53 years-old female with alopecia, erosions, crusts, pustules on the right temporal region was seen on our clinic. Based on the histopathological and microbial findings, we diagnosed the patient to be erosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp (EPDS). Two weeks after the start of topical steroid, erosions re-epithelialized and the pustules disappeared. One month and a half after the stop of topical steroid, skin lesions appeared again. We restarted the treatment of topical steroid. After twenty month later, her skin lesion shoewd exacerbation and remission. When we see the lesion of alppecia, erosion, and pustule on the head, we should differentiate it from EPDS.
