・出生時からみられた皮下の血管腫で，約2カ月で完全消失した．臨床からrapidly involuting congenital hemangioma（RICH）と診断した．
・RICHは6～14カ月の間に自然消褪するとされているが，過去の報告において，1年前後かけて消褪していく症例では余剰皮膚を残した例が多くみられた．
・血管腫の大きさや消褪していく期間によって，RICHでも痕が残る可能性があると考えられた．
