通常の鍼治療によって生じた限局性銀皮症

・限局性銀皮症は銀製品の局所への使用によって生じる黒〜青色斑である．銀製の鍼を用いた鍼治療によって生じることが多い．鍼治療においては，過去の報告のすべてが留置鍼によるものだったが，自験例は通常の鍼治療が行われていた．

・項部にある風池と呼ばれる，使用頻度の高い経穴を用いた鍼治療であった．

・病理組織学的には真皮の膠原線維間や毛包・血管・汗腺周囲に黒褐色の小粒子の沈着が観察されることが多いが，自験例ではとくに弾力線維への親和性が強かった．

Localized argyria caused by ordinary-typed Japanese traditional “Hari” therapy

A 71-year-old women was seen for symmetrical pigmented macules on her nape. She had an acupuncture therapy for treatment of a stiff neck 20 years ago. Physical examination revealed the macules were composed of 1 to 2 mm blue-black spots. Foreign material was not detected on X-ray and ultrasonic check. Biopsy specimen revealed filamentous, cord-like or punctiform black deposit was observed in upper dermis. 23 cases of localized argyria caused by “Hari” therapy were described in Japanese literature and the therapy of these cases was performed by implanted needles. Our patient is the first case of localized argyria caused by ordinary-typed “Hari” therapy.
