We show two infantile cases of lichen scrofulosorum induced by BCG vaccination. Case 1: An eight-months-old girl who had been vaccinated BCG two months before showed red-small papules and subcutaneous nodules on her body. Her skin eruption disappeared in three months. Case 2: An eight-months-old boy vaccinated BCG two weeks before appeared red papules developed on both forearms and spread all over the body, which disappeared in about 4 months. Each skin biopsy showed noncaseating granuloma in their dermis.
