非代償性肝硬変症患者に発症したクリプトコッカス症

・非代償性肝硬変症患者に発症した続発性クリプトコッカス症を経験した．

・皮膚病変が続発性クリプトコッカス症診断の契機になりうる．

・蜂窩織炎様症状を呈した際には本症を念頭に置き，皮膚生検，組織培養や全身検索を積極的に行う必要がある．

A case of cryptococcosis in a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis

A 73-year-old female with a fever of unkown origin and decompensated liver cirrhosis developed invasive erythema on the abdomen and both thighs in our hospital. Antibiotic treatment was unsuccessful, and then erythema was ulcerated. The patient was diagnosed with secondary cutaneous cryptococcosis based on the results of blood and skin culture and chest computed tomographic imaging.
