Abstract A 15-year-old man presented with a coccygeal nodule of 40×17 mm in diameter. Physical examination revealed a reddish, hyperkeratotic nodule on the coccygeal region. MRI(T1 and T2)showed that the coccyx was bending forward. Surgical excision of the nodule was performed under local anesthesia. Histopathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, irregular acanthosis and dermal collagen fibers hyperplasia. No recurrence was occurred at 34 months after the surgical excision.
