緒言とまとめ：安全な手術室業務実施のためのノンテクニカルスキル習得トレーニング

　『麻酔』第72巻第7号では，航空業界，医療におけるノンテクニカルスキルが特集されている。航空機運航の安全性確保には，テクニカルスキルに加えてノンテクニカルスキルの重要性が広く認識され，航空機運航会社の業務・労務管理に組み込まれているようである^1）2）。一方，特に手術室業務に関わるすべての医療従事者がノンテクニカルスキルを身につけることの必要性は，手術室医療業務の特性^3）4），多職種連携^5）の観点からも同様に強く求められている。医療の世界では，テクニカルスキルを向上させる組織体制や個々のトレーニング方法はほぼ確立されているように感じるが，ノンテクニカルスキルに関しては，評価方法の開発はされてはいる^3）が，組織的な運用に関しては残念ながら非常に初歩的な段階，あるいはスタートすらしていないといわざるをえない。学会での議論や教育も十分とはいえない。日本航空　運航訓練部の豊田氏^1）2）は，航空業界の取り組みは，他業種でも可能で安全性が重視されるべき医療業界でも導入すべきであると論じている。木山氏^4）は，手術室麻酔業務と航空機安全運航の類似性からもその必要性とメリットを指摘している。本特集論文は，管理者的な立場である麻酔科医だけではなく，すべての麻酔科医，手術室で仕事をするチームメンバーが理解し実践すべき必読の内容である。

　Non-technical skill training program for assuring safe aircraft operation has been implemented in aviation industries based on governmental policy. Although importance of non-technical skill for improving anesthesia safety is evidenced, its training program has not been established possibly due to lack of political support for its implementation from the government and anesthesia societies. I suggest inclusion of non-technical skill as one of criteria for qualified anesthesiologists and its implementations in the clinical guidelines such as airway management guidelines for anesthesia induction and emergence from anesthesia.
