まれな陰茎の分離母斑に対して切除および複合レーザー照射を行い良好に治癒した1例

Divided Nevus of the Penis Treated Using Excision and Combination Laser Therapy

はじめに

　分離母斑は，一般に瞼裂を挟んで上下眼瞼に先天的に存在する色素性母斑として認められる。一方で，陰茎の分離母斑は症例報告が散見されるのみで，治療報告はさらに少ない。

　今回われわれは，陰茎の分離母斑に対して，単純切除と複合レーザー照射により良好な経過をたどった症例を経験したので報告する。

　Divided nevi typically manifest on the upper and lower eyelids along the eyelid cleft. There is limited literature on occurrences of divided nevi in penile regions and even scarcer reports on associated treatments, which are often pursued for cosmetic reasons. We describe the case of a 2-year-old boy diagnosed with a divided nevus of the penis, managed under the care of his family physician. The decision to treat the nevus was deferred until the patient reached the age of 13, when he and his parents opted for intervention. Lesions symmetrically situated on either side of coronal sulcus, with the involvement of the glans and inner prepuce, prompted a combined approach. A simple excision was performed on the prepuce, complemented by laser irradiation on the glans with the use of a V-beam and Q-switched alexandrite laser. At the one-year follow-up, the patient exhibited neither scar contracture nor recurrence. Our treatment strategy for the divided nevus of the penis was thus confirmed to be a favorable therapeutic option.
