Long-Term Follow-Up of Hemangiomas and Vascular Malformations, and Future Prospects

はじめに

　血管腫や脈管奇形は，醜状，疼痛などさまざまな症状を有し，合併症や後遺症も少なくない。切除，レーザー，血管内治療（硬化療法，塞栓療法）などに加えて，薬物内服治療も治療の選択肢に入ってきたが，いまだに難治例は存在し，長期的マネージメントが求められる。

　本稿では，血管腫・脈管奇形の概説と，各疾患の長期経過症例の提示を行い，長期間の疾患管理の重要性と今後の展望について述べる。

　We provide an overview of hemangiomas and vascular malformations, present cases of the long-term course of each disease, and discuss the importance of long-term disease management and future prospects. Some hemangiomas and vascular malformations are difficult to cure and require lifelong treatment. In addition to existing treatments such as surgical resection, laser therapy, sclerotherapy, and embolization therapy, molecular targeted drug therapy has become a treatment option, but it is still difficult to completely cure refractory hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Care should be well planned, must take into account the patientʼs life plan and lifestyle, and must provide the appropriate treatments and support at the appropriate times.
