日本人女性の小陰唇および大陰唇の皮膚色調についての調査研究

The Skin Tone of the Vulva Labia Minora and Labia Majora of Japanese Women

はじめに

　近年，「フェムテック」「フェムケア」などの用語が社会に浸透しつつあり，インターネットや商業施設で「デリケートゾーンケア」について目にする機会も増えてきた。とりわけ黒ずみの改善は大きな関心を集めるテーマとなっている。われわれは女性外陰部美容形成手術を多く行っているが，小陰唇および大陰唇の大きさを主訴とし切除目的で来院する患者から，色素沈着につき相談されることも多い。一方で，外陰部の健常な皮膚色調についてはいまだ報告がない。今回われわれは，日本人女性の大陰唇と小陰唇の皮膚色調について調査したので報告する。

　Newly coined terms such as “femtech” and “femcare” have recently become widespread in society, and information about “vulvovaginal care” is increasing on the Internet and in commercial establishments. The improvement of the skin tone of the vulva in particular has become a topic of great interest. We perform many female genital surgeries and are often asked about vulvar hyperpigmentation by patients who come to our clinic for excision of the labia minora and labia majora (mainly because of their size). Our literature search identified no reports on the normal skin tone of the vulva. We investigated the skin pigmentation of the labia minora and labia majora and labia minora with colorimeter in Japanese women (n=867; age 30.4±8.4), and we describe the results.
