PET撮像施設認証制度は，「分子イメージング臨床研究に用いるPET薬剤の基準．Ⅲ．臨床評価基準」の「追補1：PETイメージングにおける撮像法の標準化とデータの品質管理および撮像施設認証に関するガイドライン」に基づく日本核医学会の制度である。本制度はPETの薬剤製造および撮像に関する基準やガイドライン策定を行うために2010年に設置された分子イメージング戦略会議を契機として始まったものであるが，まず，PET撮像施設認証制度の歴史的背景や創設の経緯について概要を述べる。

The updated JSNM PET Imaging Site Qualification Program（J-PEQi）with two types of qualification programs, J-PEQi（Ⅰ）for clinical practice and J-PEQi（Ⅱ）for multi-center clinical studies started in 2019. The current coverage of an anti-amyloid beta antibody drug by the public health insurance accelerated the acquisition of these qualifications and 106 facilities obtained the qualifications at the end of 2023. The effective operation of J-PEQi will improve the quality of amyloid PET tests in Japan.
