放射線治療を行った進行副乳癌3例の検討

A study on three cases of advanced accessary breast cancer treated with radiotherapy

副乳癌は，乳癌全体の0.2～0.6％とまれな疾患である^1）。既報^2）では病巣の切除が治療の主軸であるが，術後の補助療法に確立したものはなく，放射線治療の意義について言及した報告は少ない。今回我々が提示する3例はいずれも放射線治療を施行した腋窩発生の進行副乳癌であり，これらの経過を検討することで，進行副乳癌に対する放射線治療の意義について考察する。

Accessary breast cancer is a rare disease. The mainstay of treatment is resection of the lesion, but there is no established therapy. In this report, we present three cases of accessary breast cancer treated with radiotherapy：one case of accessary breast cancer that recurred after endocrine therapy, and two cases of accessary breast cancer treated with radiotherapy as adjuvant therapy.
