Primary and secondary pulmonary malignant lymphomas are relatively rare disorders. There are only a few reports of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(FDG-PET)/CT findings in these disorders. This paper represents FDG-PET/CT findings in patients with these disorders in our 10-year experience and discuss the characteristic feature and the utility of FDG-PET/CT in the diagnosis and follow-up study of these disorders, with referring to the literature.
