FDG-PET/CTが有用であった気管原発MALTリンパ腫の1例

A case of tracheal MALT lymphoma detected and assessed by FDG-PET/CT

辺縁帯リンパ腫（marginal zone lymphoma：MZL）は非ホジキンリンパ腫の一種であり，粘膜関連リンパ組織（mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue：MALT）に発生する節外性MZL（extranodal MZL：EMZL），節性MZL，脾MZLに分類される^1）。

Marginal zone lymphoma（MZL）is one of the Non-Hodgkin lymphomas, is currently divided into the extranodal MZL（EMZL）of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT or gastric GALT）, the nodal MZL and the splenic MZL. In this paper, we report a MALT lymphoma case who suffered by tracheal stenosis and detected on positron emission tomography（PET）fused with computed tomography（CT）with 2-Deoxy-2-［¹⁸F］fluoroglucose（FDG-PET/CT）. In this case, FDG-PET/CT was useful for assessing the extent of tumor as well as staging of MALT lymphoma.
